Scope of Work

- includes an exterior inspection of the property from the street
- measurements of  the property are taken from reliable sources
- researching the subject property and comparables: MLS, on-line sources, and county websites.
- verification of comparables by a street inspection. If active listing, may include an interior inspection.
- market trend analysis
- Extraordinary assumptions, normal assumptions, and hypothetical conditions may apply
